Thought I'd let you know I've been on the hunt for the perfect "Cats Eye" Sunglasses but no luck yet maybe when I get to Gay Paree in a couple of days.

That is all will update my travels soon...

the journey ahead

Bonjournio from Florence!

So I've been in Italy for nearly 2 weeks now. We started off our journey in Rome.
On our first day we got lost for over 4 hours in the blistering heat which ultimately lead to me balling my eyes out in the underground.
When in Rome we drank red wine ate pasta ate pizza ate pizza ate pasta drank red wine and oh yeah saw the Vatican, Sistene Chapel... and the Colosseum. I had my first Zara experience, bought lipstick from Kiko but no new clothes yet.

We then hopped on the bus and went to Siena... a chilled few days, wondering around the beautiful terra-cotta city and drank more red wine... Chianti. I've also been boring everyone with my facts and knowledge about art and ancient history.

So now I write this from my hostel in Florence. Last night we got drunk to say the least with our bus guides and fellow Aussies. I dragged Ange on stage and together we broke our Karaoke virginity singing BEP's 'Where is the love' by no choice of our own... we sang and danced infront of over one hundred fans... it's pretty... um... funny the person you become when your not in your home town.

4 sleeps

I've been nonstop busy and haven't been keeping up with the blog world lately with only 4 sleeps to go before I move overseas.

What's up?

I'll try to hop on again before I go if not I look forward to blogging from somewhere in the world and sharing my photos and and what I've been up to.

Also there is an Italian guy cooking on TV as I'm writing this it's getting me excited to eat pasta and drink wine. mmmmm!

First stop Seoul then Rome!

saving sorrows

I miss buying everything I want! 

Or anything really...

I know I'm saving for a good cause but I'm craving to buy a whole new outfit.

I want to go into a shop without falling in love with a top, letting out a little sigh from the price tag, slamming it straight down on the rack then running out of the store before my wallet finds it's way out of my bag.

My very talented friend Ashley has been working hard for quite some time developing her own line of gorgeous handmade sliver accessories called CORT JEWELLERY.

It's incredible to see someone break away from the pack and create something different with so much detail and love put into it...
ohh I'm so proud!

I'm at the airport with my best friend waiting to board, I look out the window and see this big black scary cloud rolling towards us, a mighty big umm... cloud hand breaks through the glass and takes her away...

Unfortunately this dream has meaning, the Bestie and I are going overseas just not with each other. She's going to one side of the world I'm going to the other.

So to tie our souls together we are going to make friendship bracelets and wear them everyday as if we were man and wife.

I'm going to miss her...

I will upload pics once we make them.

Drum roll please.

I'm leaving town!
I'm going to go on an adventure and take on the roll as tourist for a year or so.
I'm going to see all I can in Europe and live in London.

I'm ready to see something new and live outside my comfort zone.
My heart has been there for a while now... it's time I joined it!
